Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for purchases made through https://xillion.app.
1. Refund Window
Refund requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of the original purchase date.
Requests submitted after the 14-day period are generally not eligible for refunds.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email help.xillion@outlook.com with:
- Your account email address
- Order or payment ID
- A short explanation of the issue
We may request additional information needed to verify the purchase.
3. Eligible Refund Situations
Refunds may be approved on a case-by-case basis for situations including:
- The Service was not delivered after payment
- Major technical issues prevented reasonable use
- Accidental duplicate purchases
- Accidental purchases reported promptly
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not provided for:
- Changing your mind after extensive use
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs alone
- Requests made after significant consumption of included usage or credits
- Abuse of the refund system
- Requests submitted after the 14-day window
Once more than 50% of included usage has been consumed, refund eligibility may be reduced or denied.
5. Payment Structure Clarification
XILLION uses a manually initiated recurring purchase model.
- Each payment is a separate one-time purchase of $39 USD.
- Charges occur approximately every six months.
- Payments are not automatically renewed subscriptions.
Applicable taxes may be added at checkout through Stripe Tax.
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe.
Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. No Partial Refunds After Expiration
After the 14-day refund window expires, purchases are considered final.
We generally do not provide prorated or partial refunds for unused time or unused access after that period.
